Day 1: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

Your adventure begins with a morning departure from Kampala or Entebbe.

Your professional safari guide will pick you up from your accommodation and begin the scenic journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park.

The drive takes approximately 6–7 hours, offering beautiful views of Uganda’s countryside along the way. You will have a stop at the Equator crossing in Kayabwe for memorable photographs before continuing to Mbarara for lunch.

Afterwards, proceed towards Queen Elizabeth National Park, where you will check into your lodge, enjoy dinner, and relax for the night.


Day 2: Morning Game Drive and Kazinga Channel Boat Cruise

After an early breakfast, begin your morning game drive through the famous Kasenyi Plains, one of the best wildlife viewing areas in Queen Elizabeth National Park.

The cool morning hours provide excellent opportunities to spot animals in their natural environment. During the game drive, you may encounter African elephants, Cape buffaloes, lions, leopards, hippos, Uganda kobs, waterbucks, topis, redbucks, and other wildlife species.

Day 3: Ishasha Sector Game Drive and Return to Kampala or Entebbe

Following breakfast, you will begin your journey back to Kampala or Entebbe through the famous Ishasha Sector.

This region is well known for its unique tree-climbing lions, which can often be seen resting on fig trees during the day. You will enjoy a game drive through Ishasha while searching for these rare predators and other wildlife.

After the experience, continue your journey back towards Kampala or Entebbe International Airport.

Along the way, you will make a stop at the Equator crossing for final photographs and an opportunity to purchase souvenirs before your departure.
