Day 1: Zanzibar/Kilimanjaro/Arusha Airport – Serengeti National Park
Your Tanzania Safari Packages experience begins with a scenic flight from Zanzibar Airport to Kogatende Airstrip in Northern Serengeti. The flight departs at 8:00 AM via Arusha, Manyara, or Seronera before arriving in Serengeti at approximately 11:00 AM.
Upon arrival, you will meet your professional safari guide and driver, who will provide a detailed briefing about your 7 Day Tanzania Safari adventure. With excellent knowledge of the region, your guide will share important information about the wildlife, landscapes, and experiences waiting ahead.
After the introduction, you will begin your first Serengeti Safari with a full-day game drive through the endless plains of Serengeti National Park. The area is famous for the Great Migration, where millions of wildebeest and zebras move across the plains while predators follow closely behind.
During the game drive, you may encounter lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, and many other species that make Serengeti one of Africa’s most remarkable wildlife destinations.

Day 2: Tanzania Safari Packages | Serengeti National Park – Wildlife Exploration
After an early breakfast, your Tanzania Wildlife Safari continues with a morning game drive starting around 6:00 AM. This early departure provides an excellent opportunity to observe nocturnal predators returning from their night activities while other animals begin their day.
A bush breakfast will be prepared, allowing you to enjoy the sunrise surrounded by the beauty of Serengeti’s wilderness. Afterwards, you will continue searching for some of the park’s most iconic animals, including lion prides, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, and large herds of grazing animals.
Furthermore, your guide will take you through the Seronera area, where you can learn more about the history and ecosystem of Serengeti National Park.
After lunch and some relaxation at the lodge, you will continue with an afternoon experience. Depending on your preference, you may choose an evening game drive or a guided nature walk around the camp area. During the walk, local guides will share fascinating knowledge about the plants, wildlife, and environment of the region.
Alternatively, a picnic lunch can be arranged to maximize your time exploring the park.
By the end of the day, you will return to your camp for dinner and overnight rest.

Day 3: Serengeti National Park – Central Serengeti Exploration
After breakfast, your Northern Tanzania Safari continues as you travel towards Central Serengeti. This region is famous for its dramatic landscapes, abundant wildlife, and unique granite formations known as kopjes.
These ancient rock formations create natural shelters and water points, attracting various animals throughout the year. Lions often use the kopjes as resting areas while waiting for opportunities to hunt. In addition, the surrounding rivers provide excellent opportunities to spot hippos, crocodiles, and other wildlife gathering near the water.
As you continue your Serengeti Safari, you may also spot leopards resting on the branches of umbrella acacia trees, alongside elephants, giraffes, zebras, and antelopes moving across the plains.
The day ends with arrival at your Central Serengeti accommodation, where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the wilderness.

Day 4: Serengeti National Park – Ngorongoro Crater Safari
After an early breakfast, your Tanzania Safari Package continues towards the world-famous Ngorongoro Conservation Area. This journey offers spectacular views as you leave the endless Serengeti plains and travel towards one of Tanzania’s most remarkable natural wonders.
Before descending into the crater, you will visit a traditional Maasai village. Here, you will learn about the culture, traditions, and daily lifestyle of the Maasai people, including a guided visit to their traditional manyatta homes.
Later, you will descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site formed millions of years ago after a volcanic collapse. The crater’s enclosed environment has created one of the highest concentrations of wildlife in Africa, making it one of the best locations for a Ngorongoro Crater Safari.

Along the way, you will visit impressive waterfalls and the famous elephant caves, where elephants have created openings in the rocks while searching for mineral-rich soil.
