Your Kenyan Safari adventure begins at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, where you will be welcomed by your professional safari guide.

The journey takes you from Nairobi to Amboseli National Park, famous for its spectacular elephant herds and views of Mount Kilimanjaro. From Amboseli, continue to the Great Rift Valley and Lake Naivasha, where you can enjoy the lake’s beautiful scenery and optional boat experience.

The safari then continues to the world-famous Maasai Mara National Reserve, one of Africa’s most iconic wildlife destinations. Here, you will enjoy extensive game drives across the Mara plains, with opportunities to see the Big Five and other wildlife.

DAY 1: NAIROBI AIRPORT – AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK

Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will meet your safari driver-guide, receive a short briefing and begin your journey towards Amboseli National Park. Enjoy views of rural Kenya, Maasai communities and the changing landscape as you approach Amboseli.

Arrive in the Amboseli area and have lunch at your lodge. Check in and relax briefly. Head into Amboseli National Park for your first game drive. By this you will view Amboseli is famous wildlife including; Large elephant herds, Lions, Giraffes, Zebras, Buffaloes, Wildebeest, Gazelles, Warthogs, Hippos, Numerous bird species

Weather permitting, enjoy spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

DAY 2: AMBOSELI – LAKE NAIVASHA

Wake up early for your final Amboseli game drive before departing towards the Great Rift Valley and Lake Naivasha. Enjoy breakfast and depart for an early morning game drive. The cooler morning hours offer excellent wildlife-viewing opportunities.

DAY 3: LAKE NAIVASHA – MAASAI MARA

After breakfast, depart Lake Naivasha and continue towards the world-famous Maasai Mara. The drive takes approximately 5–6 hours, depending on road conditions. Breakfast at the lodge. Check out and begin your journey to the Maasai Mara.

Enjoy the changing scenery as you travel through Kenya’s Great Rift Valley region. Lunch will be taken en route or at the lodge depending on arrival time.

Arrive in the Maasai Mara area and check into your accommodation. After a short rest, proceed for an afternoon game drive. Begin exploring the Mara ecosystem.
Return to camp before sunset. Dinner and overnight.

DAY 4: FULL-DAY MAASAI MARA SAFARI

Today is dedicated entirely to exploring the Maasai Mara National Reserve. This is the main wildlife day of the safari. Wake up early and enjoy breakfast. Depart with your packed lunch for a full-day game drive.

Explore the Mara plains in search of wildlife. Your guide will use their knowledge of the reserve to locate wildlife and choose productive areas for game viewing. You may encounter the Big Five: Lion, Leopard, Elephant, Buffalo, Rhino as well as other wildlife.

Enjoy a picnic lunch in a designated area while surrounded by the Mara landscape. Continue exploring the reserve. Depending on the season, you may witness large herds of wildebeest and other migratory animals.

Optional Maasai Cultural Visit
You can add a Maasai village experience. Possible activities include:

• Learning about Maasai traditions

DAY 5: MAASAI MARA – NAIROBI – AIRPORT

Your final day begins with a short morning game drive before departing Maasai Mara for Nairobi. After an early breakfast, enjoy your final game drive. This is another opportunity to see wildlife before leaving the reserve.

Return to camp for check-out and begin the journey to Nairobi. Lunch will be taken en route. Arrive in Nairobi in the afternoon/evening.

Depending on the flight schedule, transfer directly to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your onward flight. Safari Ends
