Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your professional safari guide before transferring to your hotel in Entebbe.

Day 1: Transfer to Kampala and Cultural City Tour
After breakfast, transfer to Kampala, Uganda’s vibrant capital city.
Along the way, enjoy several stopovers before visiting some of Kampala’s most important cultural and historical attractions, including:
- Kingugu Landing Site
- Kabaka’s Palace
- Bigo bya Mugenyi Heritage Site
- Kasubi Royal Tombs (UNESCO World Heritage Site)
- Naggalabi Coronation Site
- Wamala Royal Tombs
Later, return to your hotel for dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Kampala Heritage Experience
Following breakfast, continue exploring Kampala’s cultural landmarks.
Visit the Uganda Museum, home to fascinating historical artefacts that showcase Uganda’s diverse cultures and traditions. Afterwards, continue to:
- Namugongo Martyrs Shrine
- Bahá’í Temple
- Namirembe Cathedral
- Gaddafi National Mosque

Day 3: Transfer to Hoima – Home of the Bunyoro Kingdom
After breakfast, depart Kampala and travel to Hoima, the heart of the historic Bunyoro Kingdom.
Along the journey, enjoy scenic countryside views before arriving in Hoima in the afternoon.
Visit the magnificent Karuzika Royal Palace, the official residence of the Omukama of Bunyoro, before continuing to Bujumbura Cathedral for another cultural experience.

Day 4: Discover the Bunyoro Kingdom
After breakfast, spend the day exploring the remarkable history of the Bunyoro Kingdom.
Visit the famous Mparo Royal Tombs, the final resting place of King Kabalega, one of Uganda’s greatest historical leaders. Learn about the kingdom’s rich traditions, royal heritage, and cultural significance before interacting with local communities to gain a deeper appreciation of Bunyoro’s way of life.
Later, return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 5: Transfer to Fort Portal – Exploring the Toro Kingdom Region
After breakfast, depart Hoima and continue your journey to Fort Portal, the home of the historic Toro Kingdom.
The drive offers beautiful views of western Uganda’s countryside, including tea plantations, rolling hills, and scenic landscapes. Upon arrival in Fort Portal, enjoy lunch before visiting Nyakasura Historical Sites, where you will learn about the traditions, history, and beliefs of the local communities.
Later, transfer to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 6: Full-Day Toro Kingdom Cultural Experience
After breakfast, continue exploring the rich heritage of the Toro Kingdom.
Visit Karuzika Palace at Fort Portal, the official residence of the King of Toro, where you will discover the history and traditions of one of Uganda’s oldest kingdoms.
Afterwards, visit the Karambi Royal Tombs, the burial grounds of past Toro kings, and learn about the royal lineage and cultural practices of the kingdom.
In the afternoon, explore the beautiful Fort Portal crater lakes region, known for its breathtaking scenery, local communities, and peaceful environment.

Day 7: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park – Wildlife and Culture Combined
Following breakfast, depart Fort Portal and continue to Queen Elizabeth National Park, one of Uganda’s most famous wildlife destinations.

Day 8: Chimpanzee Trekking in Kyambura Gorge
After an early breakfast, transfer to Kyambura Gorge for an exciting chimpanzee trekking experience.
After a briefing from experienced ranger guides, enter the forest trails in search of habituated chimpanzees. Along the way, you may also encounter other primates, birds, and unique forest vegetation.
The experience provides an opportunity to learn about Uganda’s incredible biodiversity while observing chimpanzees in their natural environment.

Day 9: Queen Elizabeth Wildlife Experience and Community Visit
Begin the day with an early morning game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park, exploring the famous Kasenyi Plains, known for their large populations of Uganda kobs and other wildlife.
During the drive, you may spot elephants, buffaloes, lions, antelopes, and various bird species.
After lunch, enjoy a community cultural experience where you interact with local people, learn about their traditions, and discover their daily way of life.

Day 10: Transfer to Kabale – Discover the Bakiga Culture
After breakfast, depart Queen Elizabeth National Park and continue towards Kabale, often referred to as the “Switzerland of Africa” because of its beautiful hills and landscapes.
The journey offers scenic views as you travel through southwestern Uganda. Along the way, visit the Kibwete Religious Site before arriving in Kabale.
Later, visit Kabale Museum, where you will discover the history, traditions, and cultural heritage of the Bakiga people.

Day 11: Lake Bunyonyi Cultural Experience
After breakfast, transfer to the beautiful Lake Bunyonyi, one of Uganda’s most scenic destinations surrounded by countless green hills.
Upon arrival, enjoy a cultural interaction with the Edirisa Community Development Organisation, where you will learn about the traditions, lifestyles, and daily activities of the Bakiga people.

Day 12: Transfer to Mbarara – Discover the Ankole Kingdom

Day 13: Full-Day Ankole Cultural Experience

Begin with a visit to Biharwe Hill, a historically significant site known for the famous solar eclipse monument and its importance in Ankole history.
Later, visit the Ankole Museum at Igongo Cultural Centre, where you will discover traditional artefacts, stories, and exhibits showcasing the culture, traditions, and lifestyle of the Banyankole people.

Day 14: Transfer to Masaka via Lake Mburo National Park
After breakfast, depart Mbarara and travel towards Masaka, located in the Buganda region.
Along the way, enjoy a wildlife experience in Lake Mburo National Park, where you may encounter zebras, impalas, buffaloes, giraffes, and the famous Ankole long-horned cattle.

Day 15: Return to Kampala and Final Cultural Experience
After breakfast, begin your return journey to Kampala.
Along the way, stop at Mpambire Royal Drum Makers, a famous cultural centre where you can learn about traditional drum-making and its importance in Ugandan ceremonies.
Upon arrival in Kampala, visit the Ndere Cultural Centre, one of Uganda’s leading cultural entertainment destinations.
Enjoy traditional dances, music performances, storytelling, and cultural presentations representing different regions of Uganda.
