Arrival Day: Welcome to Uganda
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by your safari guide who will transfer you to your booked hotel in Entebbe or Kampala.
Depending on your arrival time, you will have time to relax and prepare for your upcoming Nyero Rock Paintings Uganda cultural adventure.
Day 1: Transfer to Kumi District Through Eastern Uganda
After breakfast, you will meet your guide and begin your journey to Kumi District in Eastern Uganda.
Along the way, you will make interesting stops, including the famous Jinja Nile Bridge, which connects different regions of Uganda. Additionally, you will stop in Mbale town for lunch before continuing towards the land of the Iteso people.
As you approach Kumi, you will enjoy beautiful countryside views and experience the peaceful atmosphere of Eastern Uganda.
Upon arrival, you will check into your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: Full-Day Nyero Rock Paintings Uganda Exploration
After breakfast, you will travel to the Nyero Rock Art Site for an unforgettable historical experience.
Upon arrival, you will receive a briefing before meeting your local guide. The guide will introduce you to the history and significance of the famous rock paintings.
