Day 1: Transfer to mbarara with en-route stops at Equator Monument and visit Lake Mburo (4 to 5 hours’ drive)
Wake up early in the morning with served breakfast at 6:30am and meet your guide for the journey to ankole kingdom (Western Uganda) with en-route stop at the equator for photo moments and then proceed to Lake Mburo for evening or afternoon boat cruise and also game drive as you enter the park. Dinner and overnight stay at igongo cultural center and country resort
Day 2: Full day experience to Ankole kingdom
Wake up early in the morning and have a warm cup of coffee/tea meet your guides who will take you to hike biharwe hill to meet the eclipse monument return to the lodge for breakfast and then tour around the igongo museums and immediately. After lunch drive to visit the ankole royal tombs and evening cultural dance enjoyment at emburara farm lodge. Dinner and overnight at emburara farm lodge
Day 3: Morning visit of Ankole homesteads, king palace and return to Kampala in the afternoon.
Wake up early in the morning with warm cup of coffee and then drive to visit the king palace and then en- route coming back to the lodge visit the homesteads around to learn on local brewing and then come back to the lodge for late breakfast as you wait for lunch to embark on your journey to Kampala. Dinner and overnight stay at booked hotel.
Departure day:
Wake up in late morning with relaxed breakfast and wait for your drive guide to take you for the departure flight back home.
