4 Days Primate Tracking Safari Uganda

Day 1 travel to Fortportal
Greet the guide at the booked hotel and proceed with your tour adventure via Mityana- fort portal road. The route has baboons and red tailed monkeys. En route stop at Tooro king’s palace for biography session about the kingdom. While at a hotel in fort portal have your lunch served before proceeding through isunga gate and arrive at the hotel for dinner and sleepover.

Day 2 Game drive and Nature walk
Breakfast served, transfer to kanyanchu tourism centre for briefing about chimps. Proceed for your forest walks that shall provide you with the best view spot of different bird species like little green bull, yellow vented bill, emerlard cokoo and BWC hornbill. Chimp gazing is an interesting activity. They wake up from their nets to feed on fruits for breakfast, banging the buttress roots to feed its young ones and for communication purposes.

In addition to other primates in the forest as you proceed back to the hotel for lunch are the black & white colobus monkeys, red tailed monkeys and baboons. Drive to Queen Elizabeth national park via Rwimi- kasese and book some hotel, have dinner and sleepover.

Day 3 Game Drive and Boat Cruise
Breakfast served; proceed for game drive in kasenyi that is well known for kob leks, elephants, forest hogs, kobs and spotting lions. At dusk, go for boat cruise from kazinga channel to Edward and back forth for a period of 2 hours. Alongside this channel are clear spot sites of elephants, pelicans, fish eagles and eagles. Later on you’re expected to return for dinner and sleepover at your booked reservation hotel.

Day 4 Chimp tracking kyambura gorge
Breakfast served; proceed to kyambura gorge for chimp tracking and forest walks for a period of 2 hours. As a tourist expect to see monkeys and different bird species. Return for an hour lunch break at your hotel and check out, proceeds to kampala using kasese-mityana road to Entebbe airport for departure.
